It is built for long term use and is of the highest quality machine, of this type, on the market today. Along with a great machine, comes the best coverage available: Parts are covered for a period of four years and labor is covered for a period of two years.

Exerciser 2000 Elite® Warranty Coverage:

Clark Enterprises 2000, Inc. (Clark’s) warrants this product against any inherent mechanical defects provided that:

1. The product is operated in accordance with the printed instructions.
2. The product is not subjected to misuse, negligence or accident.
3. The product receives proper care, protection and maintenance.

This warranty is subject to the following provisions: From the date of purchase, parts are covered for a period of four years, except for the optional sheepskin cover. Labor is covered for a period of two years.

Persons or parties covered by warranty

This warranty, provided by Clark’s, is extended only to the original purchaser of this product from Clark’s authorized dealers. This warranty cannot be transferred and there shall be no second or third party beneficiary. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service.

Limitation of remedy

The existence of claimed defects in any product covered by this warranty is subject to Clark’s inspection and judgment. Clark’s liability is limited to the repair of any defect found by Clark’s to exist, or at Clark’s option, the replacement of the defective part(s), free of charge, including return shipping charges*. Shipping charges to Clark’s warranty department is the responsibility of the purchaser. Replacement and exchange parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original Clark’s warranty per first paragraph above. This warranty is offered to the original purchaser in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Clark’s be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Repaired or altered equipment

The warranty specified does not cover any equipment that has been repaired or altered by any party other than Clark’s or its authorized dealers. All other warranties and conditions, either expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded and buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from use of goods sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting this written agreement. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state.

*Clark’s will only cover shipping charges in the 48 Contiguous States.

Exerciser 2000 Elite®
Extended Warranty

From the date of purchase, your Exerciser 2000 Elite® is automatically covered under the standard warranty of four years on the parts and two years on the labor, if it should ever need service. This generous warranty is unlike any other, as the Exerciser 2000 Elite® is built to higher standards than similar products on the market.

Now, with this limited warranty, you can extend the standard warranty to a renewable FIVE YEAR parts and labor warranty. By adding the extended warranty, your Exerciser 2000 Elite® will be covered for a total of five years on parts and labor from the date of purchase of your machine. At the end of this warranty period, you even have the option to renew your parts and labor warranty!

If you purchase the optional extended warranty along with the Exerciser 2000 Elite®, you can take advantage of our special price of $40.00 instead of $65.00. This is a $25.00 savings! Be sure to add the extended warranty to your shopping cart when checking out.

Please note:  All warranties are non–transferable. The extended warranty starts from the original date of purchase of your machine and can only be added to your machine within 120 days of the date of purchase of your machine. When purchasing the extended warranty separately you must provide the machine’s serial number during checkout.
