If you are not satisfied with the product and want to return it for a refund, please follow the instructions below. VERY IMPORTANT: Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact Clark Enterprises at 1-800-748-7172 between 8:30am – 5:30pm CST Monday-Friday for a return authorization number. Clark Enterprises will not accept any products returned for a refund without a return authorization number. All merchandise being returned must be received by Clark Enterprises in substantially as good condition as when received (including packing materials, accessories and shipping box) within 90 days from the date of purchase or a restocking fee will incur. Customer is liable for all return shipping and handling charges. Clark Enterprises does not reimburse for shipping and handling charges. For your convenience, a pre-paid, return shipping label can be requested when calling to receive a return authorization number. The shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund when the pre-paid return shipping label is used. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for the particular item. Any previously paid rebate amount will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected by our receiving department (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or the original method of payment. Please note, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
